Hot Chicken & Waffles with Salted Honey Whipped Cream

4 pcs Waffles
Hot Glaze
250 ml Ghee / Lard / Vegetable Oil
15 gm Cayenne Powder
15 ml Thai Chili Powder
50 ml Brown Sugar
25 gm White Sugar
5 ml Paprika
5 gm Garlic Powder
5 gm Salt
5 gm Black Pepper
Salted Honey Whipped Cream
300 ml Whipping Cream
50 ml Honey
5 gm Sea Salt
10 ml Vanilla Extract / Vanilla Paste
Honey Garnish as desired
Black Pepper Garnish as desired
How to Cook
- In a chilled mixing bowl whip chilled whip cream to soft peaks.
- Whisk in honey, salt and vanilla. Continue to whisk until cream reaches stiff peaks. Cover and set aside to chill.
- In a small sauce pan heat vegetable oil over medium low heat for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and whisk in remaining glaze ingredients until sugar and salt are dissolved. Set aside at room temperature.
- Prepare Tyson Classic Fried Chicken and waffles as per instructions.
- Once cooked, immediately toss or brush chicken with the Nashville Hot Glaze. Be sure to whisk briskly again before adding to chicken.
- Plate waffles, top with glazed chicken and top or serve with whipped cream.
- Garnish with drizzled honey and freshly ground black pepper as desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
