Buffalo Nugget​

Ingredients

    • 600 gm Chicken Nuggets 600g

    • 320 gm Celery Cut into Sticks

    • 321 gm ​Carrot Cut into Sticks

    • 321 gm Blue Cheese (optional) ​

  • Buffalo Glaze ​ ​ ​
    • 100 ml Unsalted Butter

    • 50 gm Louisiana Style Hot Sauce (Tabasco, Crystal etc.)

    • 75 gm Salt ​

    • 20 ml Black Pepper

    • 10 ml Honey / Brown Sugar

How to Cook

  • In a medium sauce pot over medium low heat, combine all buffalo glaze ingredients and whish to combine.
  • Let cook on low heat for 10 minutes whisking to emulsify. ​
  • Cook Tyson Chicken Nuggets as per instructions. ​
  • In a bowl, arrange celery and carrot and set aside to chill. ​
  • Crumble blue cheese into small pcs and set aside to chill. ​
  • In a large mixing bowl combine cooked Tyson Chicken Nuggets with Buffalo Glaze tossing to coat completely. ​
  • Arrange nuggets on top with blue cheese crumbles as desired. ​
  • Serve and enjoy!
